
A slow, arrogant smirk stretched across Gautam’s face as he leaned back in his leather chair.
“Simple deal,” he said, voice dripping with mock innocence. “If you can pay me more than your worth, more than I can ever own—then the hospital is yours. Give me your hospital… and then your wife can deliver in peace.”
He said it with a smile that cut deeper than a threat.
